We at Ultracine Studios Inc. Inc. ("Ultracine Studios," "we," "us," or "our") want you to understand what information we collect, and how we use and share it. That's why we encourage you to read our Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to your download, access and use of our games, website and any related extensions managed by Ultracine Studios (collectively "Apps") and any interactions with us by any means (together, "Services"). Our Services are not intended to process personal information about individuals other than you and you shall not input personal information from other individuals than you through our Services without obtaining all necessary consents in a verifiable manner.
If you click through to links to third parties' websites, applications from our Services, this Privacy Policy does not apply to such external services. It is always a good idea to read their own privacy policies to understand what they do with your information.
We collect your information for different purposes, depending on their different categories. You hereby agree that the information you provide to us is correct; otherwise, it is possible that we will be unable to provide you with products or services. Information regarding your account
We collect this information when you sign up for Ultracine Studios.
ProfileID (The profile ID is the unique ID created for every player. It is used to refer to a player in our system.)
ExternalID (The unique ID of the player in the external authentication system validating the credentials.)
Chosen player name (The name is a player defined information that is also unique and linked to the ProfileID).
Communication Information (when you contact us by any means):
This information allows us to communicate with you about our services and provide you customer support or to answer any requests (such as a job application)
Name, email address, resume and any other information you share with us.
Login Information
The processing of the following information is necessary for the performance of the services deliver to you:
Origin URL, username, session cookies, session token.
IP Address (The IP address is stored in the server-side user logs and are kept only 7 days. This is needed for quality assurance reasons.)
We may also collect technical information about the device used to access our application, as the device model, gpu type, screen resolution, OS version for analytics purposes.
Please note that we may also collect and use your information for any other purpose permitted or required by law.

We are based in the province of Quebec, Canada. Your information may be held at our offices and accessed by our employees and full-time contractors, and those of our third-party service providers, and professional advisors (i.e., Canada, United States) as described above. We implement appropriate physical, administrative and technical safeguards designed to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and security of information under our control. In addition, we use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and
related technology required to run our Services, and these third parties have been selected for their reliability in terms of security, both electronic and physical. However, information transmitted on the Internet and/or stored on systems attached to the Internet is not 100% secure, and no security can provide absolute protection. As a result, we do not ensure, warrant or guarantee the security or integrity of such information.
We retain your information only for as long as is necessary for us to fulfill the relevant purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and to comply with our legal obligations.
We take steps to ensure that only those who need access to your information to perform their duties have access to it.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 on our Services. If at any time you wish to stop receiving communications from us, we include an unsubscribe mechanism in all of our emails or you can contact us as set forth in the section below "How to contact us?" We offer you the option to manage your subscription preferences to select which kind of communication you do not want to receive (e.g., notification emails related to your account activity and educational, product updates and promotional emails).
Please keep in mind that if you choose to unsubscribe from all Ultracine Studios communications, you may continue to receive transactional or account communications related to your subscription plan or other services that you have requested on our Apps.
